BioMotion Medical Systems, LLC has recently acquired the assets of MediCepts, Inc. and SunCepts, Inc., including the SpineSix® BioMotion Medical System.
Over the next few months,BioMotion Medical Systems will be organizing its Sales and Marketing programs, along with the development of new products, which will focus on the health and hygiene industry.

Regulatory Compliance
At the time of BioMotion Medical Systems’ acquisition of MediCepts, Inc., there were unresolved regulatory issues with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regarding SpineSix®. We are diligently working with the FDA to ensure all necessary steps are taken to bring SpineSix® into full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
